She has advised emerging fund sponsors raising multi-million dollar funds to seasoned firms raising up to $5.5 billion. Eleni has also represented a diverse group of investors, including institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, fund of funds, pension funds and family offices in negotiating their investments in a wide range of US domestic and international funds.

Eleni founded her own firm to provide personalized, one-on-one attention to clients, combining her legal expertise with a deep commitment to meeting their unique needs. Her current practice focuses on representing startups, small businesses, and investors, both individual and institutional.
